This bass features a highly figured maple burl top on a cherry body with a purpleheart pinstripe, Three piece quatersawn maple neck with a madagascar kingwood fingerboard, 35" Scale 24 vintage sized frets, Seymour Duncan Custom dual coil pickups set in kingwood covers, Aguilar OBP-3 preamp and black Hipshot hardware.

Introducing the new Mj-5
I am very pleased to introduce the Mj-5! Each Mj-5 is hand made to order right here at my shop, no out-sourced necks and bodies here.
The Mj-5 features the finest grade Ash or Alder bodies and hard rock maple necks, 34" scale 21 fret east indian rosewood fingerboards, Hipshot hardware and custom wound Lindy Fralin pickups. A two band Aguilar pre-amp with stacked Bass and treble is available as an option...
Starting @ $2,400!
